Stewart Lee
Stewart Lee is a stand up comedian and writer, based in England.
He is regarded by many as the best stand up comedian working today.
In 2001, Stew co-wrote and co-directed the critically acclaimed West End hit musical Jerry Springer: The Opera. It was forced to close after a backlash from Christian groups. On television, he wrote and created four series of Stewart Lee’s Comedy Vehicle (BBC2) from 2009 to 2016.
