Part of the stable of Stand Comedy Clubs. They also have venues in Edinburgh and Newcastle.

The Stand was founded by Tommy Sheppard and his then partner, Jane Mackay, in Edinburgh in 1995.

The Stand Glasgow opened in April 2000.
